I started my career as a TV reporter and anchor, connecting with audiences in front of the camera (scroll to the end of my Media Gallery for some newscast entertainment!) I left the industry in 2011 to focus on what I loved best: writing.
Since then, I’ve written SEO-focused content, blogs, medical articles, and marketing copy. As a UX consultant, I’ve improved and developed copy for universities, the government sector, and retail businesses.
As a UX writer, I rely on research, collaboration, and empathy to connect with users and guide their journey. I create user-centered copy that reflects the unique voice, style, and tone of a brand. I'm organized. Efficient. Thorough. A motivated self-starter who can work independently but loves team collaboration. An extrovert at heart, I crave the energy of good people.
